Gardening advice for RHS members

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, our face-to-face advice desks are currently closed in order to focus our team on supporting RHS members via our online and telephone services. Telephone services have been extended to Mon–Fri from 10am–4pm, to provide additional support. RHS Science labs are closed at the moment so we are also currently unable to process plant samples sent to us for advice. Any samples received at this time will be destroyed. For a quicker answer, members can use our online service via My RHS to send us photographs as we have advice staff and scientists working online to help with your questions.

Telephone: 01483 479700, lines are open Mon–Fri, 10am–4pm. From 1 Sept, closed weekends and Bank Holidays. Please note that lines can be very busy so calls are limited to one per day per member. We are closed 21 Dec–1 Jan inclusive.

RHS members can ask the team their gardening questions online by visiting the RHS Gardening Advice page.
